Our split-level private home features short flights of stairs connecting the upper and lower levels, creating a natural separation between lively social spaces and quieter sleeping areas without requiring a full staircase. Upper Level: Primary bedroom, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and front and back decks. Lower Level: Two additional bedrooms, full bathroom, and dedicated laundry room—offering a comfortable and functional layout for families and groups.

🔐To help keep every stay safe and secure, all guests are required to complete the following before check-in: - Signed Booking Agreement - One valid government-issued photo ID from the primary guest - $250 Refundable Security Deposit — a temporary authorization that is released after checkout Check-in instructions and access codes will be provided on the day of check-in once these requirements have been completed. **Published rates include up to 6 guests; up to 8 guests are welcome.** Additional guests are $45 per person, per night. **No parties or events.** **Additional pet fees may apply
